Happy St Patrick’s Day! I’m wearing my green in the form of an on target fasting blood sugar today!! I wish my ketone reading was higher, but in truth I ate a piece of a mint brownie last night, and also didn’t track my macros, so I’ll take it 😂
Had a paddy this morning because I hate all my clothes and/or they don’t fit me anymore.. poor hubby having to listen to me 😂🙈 Anyway I’ve decided I’m going to sign up to slimming world, I am nearly back to my pre-pregnancy weight but I’m still about 8Ibs off being my pre-ivf weight and I just don’t feel myself at the moment and want to get eating healthier and tone myself up a bit ready for summer 😆 This is me today so I ended up putting on a maternity t-shirt 😩🙈 PS I’m aware my mirror needs cleaning and dusting 🙈 #gettinghealthy#gettingfit#healthyeating#slimmingworld#healthyfood#postnatalbody#postnatalfitness

Yoga was amazing this morning, especially after doing an intense cardio workout with weights yesterday morning. I felt so strong, confident, and flexible. .
The trainers that designed these programs know exactly what your body needs to get maximum results! I never made this kind of progress after spending years at the gym. It’s been amazing to hit so many small and large goals just by working out for 30 to 45 minutes a day!

300 followers... I never thought that when I started this weight loss account for accountability and encouragement that I would have 300 people following me. I am so grateful for all of your support and positive thoughts and comments. I am naturally a very negative person and I am trying to work on that. I live a very secluded and hermit lifestyle with very little real life support so my positive thoughts and perseverance is all due to you!! I can’t thank you enough!!
Since I created this account 77ish days ago I have lost over 30 pounds. I have increased my workouts and activity from 0 days a week to at least 6 days a week. I have completely eliminated all soda, alcohol, fried food, gluten, and junk food. I make time for myself. There are 24 hours in he day and I make sure I have one of those for me. For being more active. Even when I can’t go get in a run or hike or bike I can do a workout video or use my elliptical or do some spinning. I’m not missing out on anything. In fact, my son wants to join me most of the time!
I hope that sharing my story with you will help you in some way. Start small. Take that first step. Just do something to get going and the rest will fall into place.
