Some Itinerary Highlights:
Celebrity Galapagos Northern Loop
Mosquera Islet - a small, flat, sandy islet with one of the largest populations of sea lions in the islands.
Bartolome Island - one of the region's most often-photographed views and a spectacular geologic setting. It is home to the endemic Galapagos penguin and provides an excellent opportunity for snorkeling.
Urvina Bay, Isabela Island - the largest island in the Galapagos. See large land iguanas, finches, and giant tortoises.
Punta Espinoza - walk on recent lava flows from La Cumbre volcano and observe the flightless cormorant, one of the islands' best examples of evolution.
Vicente Roca Point, Isabela Island - take a zodiac ride in search for sea turtles, penguins, fur seals, the flightless cormorant, marine iguanas, marine mammals, and the oddly shaped form of the elusive sunfish.
Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island - Visit the National Park Service tortoise-breeding center and walk through the Charles Darwin Research Station.
Darwin Bay, Australia - Darwin Bay's soft white sand beach will lead you to lush mangroves where red-footed boobies nest. Other local wildlife includes sea lions, swallow-tailed gulls, frigate birds, and more. Snorkeling is a must here, as the nutrient-rich water attracts all types of marine life.
