Both the same weight but significantly different calories.
Both excellent healthy choices but a fraction of the carbs & calories ( 6g VS 21g). - 2  oranges 🍊, 1 grapefruit, 1 fist 🤛 of raspberries and 1 banana 🍌, starting with juicer - juicing off the oranges and grapefruits, filling in Juice cup fully with ice cold 💧water aside,then separately blending raspberries and banana after & with finishing it in blender with mixing it all together ! Now once your juice cup is ice cold from the water, drink water first (or not, but that’s a waste) and pour the smoothie in #yam 💪🏾

There are sugar in fruits. Natural sugars. They have a function for your body. Fruit also consists of fiber, vitamins, phytonutrients and minerals.
Fruit is delicious and gives us energy (combined with other foods).

I rather have you choose fruits over chocolate, cookies and cake EVERY TIME.
I know that some women restrict their fruit intake because they're scared of sugars and later on, they binge on unhealthier foods.
By the way, I don't recommend drinking fruit juice but that's a story for another time.😂
