Day 35 😁 lent time lunch - rice, chapati, dal, cauliflower and peas curry, raw salad of grated carrots, celeriac and sliced onions, some crunchy zucchini fritters, mango pickle, steamed sago balls in sugar syrup and a strawberry yoplait. Today it was a delicious thali meal for our lunch😋 the zucchini fritters are just to make my little one eat his vegetables without much fuss. I usually make my own probiotic yogurt at home in my multidelices. But last night, had forgotten to set the yogurt, hence had a flavoured yogurt with my lunch. The zucchini fritters were crunchy and 👌. #lunch#lent#waitingeaster#catholicmom#familyrecipe#yoplait#vegan#thalilunch#fritters#zucchini#healthyfood#dal#freshsalad#rice#rotis#vegetarian

Fresh picked gourmet lettuce & black magic dino kale from our tower garden! Yum! I have been motivated to show off our fresh veggies 🍅 Yum 😋 Tomorrow night, we’ll pick more fresh veggies. This was such a fantastic lunch! I love to discover awesome new vegan friendly cafes (although in Israel they all seem to be vegan friendly). Soy meatballs with heavenly sides, all full of vegan protein. At Cafe Alma on Habarzel 11 in Ramat Hahayal
