This quote really hits home...after all, as they say ‘you are what you eat’ 🙊👌
•For strong bones: Calcium - A good source: milk, tofu & soya🥛
•For good skin: Omega-3
- A good source: Fish, Chia seeds & flaxseeds🍴
•For energy: Carbohydrates - A good source: sweet potato, beans & whole grains 🍠 .
You’ll be glad to know we serve most of the above 😉 .

Anyone? Just me? 🤷♀️ I first fell in love with grocery stores in other countries when I lived in Paris and spent hours upon hours upon hours exploring the fresh and packaged foods that are so typical of that culture’s diet they’ve made it to massive production. In Paris, it was chilled, spouted bags of hollandaise and béarnaise sauce, madeleines in two-pound bags, 15 packs of crêpes, cheap but fresh pâté, frozen pastries and quiches. I schedule exploring the shops into our itinerary like any other adventure these days, and I cannot WAIT to go explore the shops in London and Paris (where, let’s face it, I’ll buy 150€ of groceries to recreate my past and only manage to eat 1/4 of it 😭) when we visit in Paris!
Anyone else have this weird obsession?
