While walking through the park, I came across a mysterious looking lantern and when I picked it up, a genie emerged and laid out the ground rules. 3 wishes, no extra wishes and be quick. He was a pretty to the point genie. Everything from eternal life to infinite money to ever stretching stretchy pants crossed my mind but I only had one one thing in mind. I asked him for these amazing Bacon Breakfast Enchiladas from El Camino. Actually, I asked for 3 of them. Served with a side of rice and beans, this delectable brunch is exactly what you have been wishing for. Stuffed and satisfied, he granted me my three tasty wishes and disappeared. And he let me keep the lantern, cool guy. So delicious you’ll wish he granted you a never ending napkin.

Dolaptan çıktığı gibi pişirilmiş ve ortasına hiç ısı gitmemiş dolayısıyla ÇİĞ kalmış (orta/az/blue değil ÇİĞ) bir burger yediyseniz bu demektir ki iyi bir burger yemediniz! İstanbul’da her gün yeni bir burgerci açılırken bence insanların en dikkat etmesi gereken şey bu. Afiyet olsun :)

The answer is so obvious... but how? Just like they do at Baltazar... If you ate a burger which is cooked directly from the fridge with no heat penetrated into the middle of the patty (not medium/rare/blue, it’s uncooked), it means my friend what you ate is not a proper burger! People should respect the essentials of a burger while many burger joints pop up everyday in town.
