Nothing to do with the fact he is hot, you understand 😉 ... but because it is SO refreshing to find inspiration for some new flavour combinations and techniques for anti-inflammatory food. Food that tastes amazing, is easy to prepare, and combines the knowledge of Eastern holistic learning with modern day medical science.
I have added a couple twists to his Chestnut and Thyme Peas with Broccoli recipe by adding chestnut mushrooms, and cooking in walnut oil. Delicious.
