👩🏻🍳If you’re not prepared yet, get your 🍑 in to the kitchen and make yourself an easy yet nutritious dinner!!!
👉🏻I have spiralized zucchinis sautéed with coconut oil. Added salt and a bit of dried thyme. On the side I have two homemade chicken patties and sunny side up egg. I might drizzle some hot sriracha sauce on top!

👉🏻Bugün kü aksam yemegim, kabagetti (kabaklardan yaptıgım spaghetti) , tavada biraz hindistan cevizi yağı ile pişirip tuz ve cok az kuru kekik ekledim. Yaninda ise ev yapımı tavuk köftelerimle göz yumurta var. Sanırım üstlerine cok az acı sosta gezdireceğim!

Throwback Thursday 🌟 France 2010 (I think!) I couldn’t have hated myself more 😔 I really regret the years I wasted not taking care of myself, not just because my body thanks me for it but my mind does too! I honestly think it is possible to be body positive whilst striving for improvement or change or strength or fitness or nourishment, so long as it’s on your terms, and for you alone 🌈 if you try your best to love the skin you’re in now and forever, I figure eventually the two ideas will meet in the middle and BOOM 💥💖💋

I hate to break it to you guys but this energy at 4pm is NOT all my own! I don’t drink coffee, energy drinks, or soda. I usually drink naturally decaffeinated tea. The only way I’m energizer bunny 🐰 status for my workouts is my natural preworkout! I seriously swear by this shit. I didn’t have it when I was working out on vacation and I definitely noticed a decline in my energy.
