El día amaneció super soleado como para un Pudding de chia en niveles combinado con smoothie. Ya probaste esta receta? .
💕Chia pudding: mezcla 1/2 taza leche de almendras con 2 cdas de chia y déjalo reposando en el refri. 💕Smoothie : Licuar 1/4 T yogurt de coco + 1/2 platano congelado + 2 cdas arándanos y un trocito de beterraga ~ hace toda la diferencia ~ si lo preparas me cuentas si te gustó? 😘😘 .

Dark chocolate pancakes, mango, chia pudding, and chocolate coconut peanut butter. Feeling tropical! Although my mom thought the chia pudding looked scary. We already know what they look like, let's not say it aloud 😂. I haven't had mango in so long and I really enjoyed it. I was never a big fan of tropical fruits like mango/pineapple. I convinced myself they had "to much sugar" and were "unhealthy" fruits. Just a quick Google search, clicked a valid website, and TONS of benefits appeared 🙆.

Los domingos siempre provoca un desayuno un poquito más especial... ¿qué tal unas tostadas francesas? 🍞🍯👩🏻🍳 ¡prueba esta versión saludable! 👉🏻 en una mezcla de huevo (yo utilicé 1 huevo por rodaja de pan) con un chorrito de agua, pizca de canela y cardamomo, remojas bien cada rodaja de pan integral, de ambos lados. Luego colocas el pan en un sartén pre calentado con un spray de cocinar o un chorrito de aceite, doras bien el pan de cada lado hasta que quede doradito pero no quemado, y suave por el centro. Finalmente, cubre cada tostada con una cucharada de mantequilla de almendras o maní, un chorrito de miel de abeja, otra pizca de canela y tus frutas favoritas - yo utilicé 🍌 y blueberries 😋 ✨ Happy Sunday! ✨

Meal prep used to be for 2 and now for 3! Potato leek soup is a winner in our household. Really simple to make. Clean 4 leeks. Chop and brown in a pan with 3 cloves of garlic. Put aside. Chop 5 medium sized potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Add 5 cups of water to a soup pot. Bring to a boil and add bouillon cubes. I use 2 vegetable ones. Toss everything into the boiling bouillon. Add 3 bay leaves and 2 thyme sprigs. If you don’t have thyme sprigs use a tea Balkan’s put 2 tsp thyme in it. Submerge in soup bowl while cooking. Let it all boil until potatoes are soft, approx 15-20 min. Take it off the stove. Wait 15 min then blend with an immersion blender. Place in containers and freeze once cooled. Note I didn’t mention salt or pepper. This really is a matter of taste. I usually add 3-4 punches of salt. I reserve pepper since my young daughter is eating it but if you like and want spice I recommend pepper or red pepper flakes while it’s cooking.
