Во-первых, зависит от количества и частоты приема.
Во-вторых, зависит от здоровья человека в целом. Когда был дефицит масла в регионе, по местному радио приглашенные врачи говорили о вреде масла. Потом вредным стал сыр, за ним колбаса, молоко и т.д. У каждой палки есть два конца. Так и в продуктах питания: польза и вред.

Вы наверняка слышали о модном направлении – продуктах питания, не содержащими глютен. Безглютеновая диета (gluten-free diet) появилась буквально десятилетие тому. Сейчас во многих супермаркетах продаются продукты без глютена (цена на 150-200% выше). Безгютеновая диета – это медицинская необходимость, а не диета, и она  не может быть рекомендована всем подряд, даже если ее советуют новоиспеченные модные гуру по питанию.
Около 1% людей страдает серьезным заболеванием – целиакией или глютеновой болезнью. Они не могут переносить особый вид растительного белка – глютена, которого много в злаковых. Такие люди нуждаются в диете, не содержащей глютен, с раннего детства.

Людям свойственны увлечениями всякими диетами. Сначала была пропаганда об исключении жиров из пищи, потом – сахара, дальше – натрия, а теперь пришла пора для глютена.
Более 63% «сидящих на диетах» думают, что это улучшит их здоровье, хотя на самом деле эффект чаще всего противоположный.

В отношении безглютеновой диеты есть много преувеличений пользы, а значит ложной информации.
Клинические же исследования показали, что безглютеновая диета:
- не приносит пользы в профилактике сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, а наоборот, незначительно повышает их уровень;
-  приводит к недостаточности фолиевой кислоты, витаминов В 12, Д, кальция, железа, цинка, магния, а также клетчатки;
- повышает уровень диабета и не понижает уровень метаболических синдромов;
- значительно повышает уровень мышьяка, ртути, цинка, кадмия и других токсических веществ в крови и тканях человека.

Безглютеновая диета показана тем, что страдает глютеновой болезнью или другими расстройствами пищеварения, связанными с повышенной чувствительностью к глютену (FODMAPs). В остальных случаях – не гонитесь за модой!

У меня тут полезнятина! Для меня по крайней мере я надеюсь ))) Я такой человек, если есть настрой , я и приседать буду, и придерживаться определённых правил , диет , пп, распорядка дня и т д ! Но это только в том случае , когда есть настроение и настрой !!! Поэтому я купила кокосовое молоко, безглютеновые спагетти и хлебцы, а также пополнила запасы киноа и олив масла ! Хочу худеть и здороветь ))) P.S. И после недели без мяса и яиц поняла, что я могу снизить их потребление, но никогда не смогу отказаться от них... Hey guys! Haven't been posting much but basically my bicillin injections were denied (twice,) and we don't have enough money to pay for them so my doctor is putting me on #cefdinir ... I got a bunch of labs done this week to check hormones, liver, and the usual #CBC ... plus a mega igenex panel to see how much is visible in my blood after so many #abx and a phosphotidyl choline iv I'm not sure I'd do again. I'm on day 17 of the #elementaldiet and not eating and I'm sick of it but also used to it if that makes sense. I have 5 days to go until I can eat a little baby food. I also got this amazing book to help me on my #vegan #lowfodmap journey once I (hopefully successfully) transition back to solid food again. I still can't tolerate grains but hopefully avoiding #fodmaps will help me get some recovery from the horrible #GI stuff, more will be revealed. Also will probably be having a gastric emptying study in the near future. So this morning I woke up on a mission to use all the knowledge that I’ve learnt about different ingredients over the past year and I finally did it!!!!! Yay!!! So super excited! 😆😆 🥞 
Don’t get me wrong - in my opinion, the original is still the best but for someone who hasn’t had them in nearly a year, these were pretty damn good!

Hey friends fiber is good for you! Tolerance to fiber often is best when you slowly increase it in your diet along with adequate water! A few of my fav low fodmap fibers: chia seeds, walnuts, steel cut oats, strawberries & bluebs.
In an animal study, a fiber free diet led to a breakdown of the very protective intestinal barrier. This may occur because gut microbes LOVE carbs...and if they don’t get them via fiber in your diet...they eat you. Seriously. Your intestinal barrier is also made of carbohydrates. Yikes. Topped with goats cheese and paired with grilled chicken, a Mediterranean pasta dish like this is high in fibre, delicious and nutritious! 😍 Add in some spinach or olives for extra goodness or swap out the goats cheese for parmesan or ricotta. SO WHAT EXACTLY ARE MY GUT ISSUES - PART 1

I grew up as an antibiotic kid. So i was never super healthy. Then in 2012 i went to South Africa & got salmonella poisoning. Seven days of projectile vomiting was not very fun. October 15th, 2012 changed the course of my gut forever. Trust me, i remember that day like it was yesterday. 🤢 Nausea, bloating, vomitimg, constipation, fatigue, brain fog, confusion all followed & it resulted in 12 months off work in 2013/14. I slept 13hrs a day (plus nanna naps) & researched my ass off. I saw specialist after specialist & spent thousands of dollars trying to find answers.

I was told i was making it up. That i was crazy. That from the outside i looked healthy so nothing was wrong. I prayed that when i was taken to hospital that they would find something hugely wrong with me, just so i could feel better. When a leading gastroenterologist in Melbourne tells you he can do no more, you know you are in trouble 😓

I was eventually diagnosed with the umbrella term IBS. It didnt hive me much to work with, but at least I had a name. I was then diagnosed with FODMAPS. Over 100 plant based foods were cut from my diet, to help me survive. This did help, but it wasnt the answer 🍎🍄🍞🍒 It was then found i had multiple parasites that i picked up from South Africa, Vietnam, India & Australia, which were living in my small intestine & liver. I had been tested for these 2-3 times before, but the tests had not been thorough enough. So, for over 4yrs some of them had been hanging around! Those mother f*ckers got smashed with multiple rounds of super heavy anti-biotics (the lesser of two evils) 🖕. 1 (20 oz.) package boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups low FODMAP chicken broth**
1 lemon, juice of
2 Tbsp. low FODMAP Italian seasoning**
Parsley, optional garnish

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and sear for 2 minutes each side. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

To now empty pan, add rice, chicken broth, lemon juice and Italian seasoning. Stir to mix. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until liquid is dissolved. Garnish with optional parsley and serve.
