Peanut Butter Energy Bites
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
2 TBSP Honey
Place all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Roll into 12 bites size balls and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

I tried out a couple of raw cracker recipes for a cheese board I am preparing for tomorrow! 😍 The crackers on the left are flaxseed based with pumpkin and sesame seeds, Italian herbs and smoked paprika and the crackers on the right are almond based with nutritional yeast and fresh rosemary! 😋
Good morning and happy Saturday! Today I did a little experiment and made matcha-oat-banana pancakes! Topped with homemade toasted coconut almond butter, cinnamon, the remaining half of the banana, and cacao. So delicious!!
1/4 c quick oats + 1/2 banana; 1/4 c plain almond yogurt + 1 tbsp flax + 1 tbsp matcha +1 tbsp vanilla protein powder; blend together. Cook on low. Top with almond butter, banana, & cacao nibs.
Almost every day so far this year I’ve had the same breakfast. I call it my superfoodfull-bowl of oatmeal. 🥣
I stir in the chia seeds and collagen right when I take it off the stove while it finishes thickening up. Next I add the flax meal. I top it with blueberries, slivered almonds and almond milk. 🥛
Sometimes I stir in some honey and cinnamon while it’s cooking. 🍯
If you add honey make sure it’s a good one. I prefer a raw organic honey like the one in the second pic. You can see Hemingway approves as well. 😹
Don’t worry cat lovers, he never tries to eat any of these ingredients. The only human food he’s interested in is Saltines. 🙀

Topped with a whole lotta @wild_friends peanut butter and a drizzz of @hukitchen chocolate 😋😋
