Fixtures of matches today Saturday March 17, 2018
A wonderful weekend to you all, we hope you had a great week. Let's check the matches to cool off all the works over the week..... Before that, some matches were played last night and here are the results...
Levante 2-1 Eibar
Freiburg 1-2 VfB Stuttgart
Monaco 2-1 Lille
Now to today's fixtures proper....
Manchester United welcome Brighton at Old Trafford in the quarter final of the FA Cup. It's the only chance of a silverware for the Red Devils this season and they will have to make things count. Jose Mourinho is under pressure from the fans about giving them the results they require after exiting the Champions League in the hands of Sevilla. Meanwhile, the Portuguese said in his pre-match conference yesterday that he has nowhere to go and he's ready for the fight. A loss for United will question further as to whether they are moving in the right path or not.
Tottenham visit Swansea City in the FA Cup Quarter final. The Spurs need to start making a statement as a big side by winning trophies. Big teams confirm their status as big when the win trophies consistently and Tottenham are nowhere near that status. Perhaps, a rise in the FA Cup competition will do them good.
Other fixtures to hold across Europe are the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1.

Curtain rods. Yes, I am going to dedicate an entire post to curtain rods! -
Believe it or not, a set of rods have the potential to kill a deal.
Curtain rods are considered “fixtures.” A fixture is defined as anything attached or affixed to the home. You can visualize it this way: if you picked up the house and turned it upside-down, anything that would fall is not a fixture. Those curtain rods would would remain firmly screwed into that wall; therefore it is considered to be a fixture. -
The key to avoiding drama is clear and precise communication between the parties. If you are seller and you want to keep the rods, take them down (or swap them out) before the open house or let the buyers know you plan on taking them. If you are a buyer and you love the rods, ask the seller if they will leave them, and be sure to make that detail a part of the purchase and sales contract. -
Many other items like light fixtures, mirrors, and appliances, can cause a lot of confusion and upset. Make sure you talk to your agent or attorney to get clarity about what what stays and what goes.
