I don’t skip meals and I don’t cut carbs. I drink a tasty all natural pre-workout that helps me push through. I drink a nutrient-dense superfood shake after my workouts to increase my body’s natural function and efficiency. Water... lots of water. Rest... at least 8 hours. Meditation in the morning, gratitude at night. This is how I got here. 1 year of consistency. •

Happy Soulful Sunday!!! ✨✨✨ So, I hadn’t been doing yoga for awhile now. It felt like it was making me bloated and have crazy thoughts. Can anyone else relate? Today, I decided to go ahead and do my own little flow. My mind has been racing lately. AND it seems like about any illness I could catch, I have been catching, which isn’t normal for me. Yoga is just what I needed! Just a small little 10 Minute flow with only a few poses and some deep meditation/breathing. Much better! Maybe I’ll stick with my own flows & not following someone else’s videos, flows, & thoughts. What are your thoughts on Yoga?
