Using APPS or other online programs to track food more closely can be very useful if you are trying to, for example, get more or less of a specific macronutrient, perhaps reduce sugar/sodium, add more fiber or see the big picture of your eating habits. I ALWAYS tell my clients that the numbers are just approximations. The average person underestimates caloric intake by 30%! .
Bottom line: use tracking apps as a tool to help you with general trends and directions, but know that it’s never a perfect calculation - not even close. Your body ALWAYS knows best. If you don’t feel well, are getting obsessive, find yourself disconnecting with your body, or you aren’t getting the results you are aiming for - STOP. Listen to your body, and always let it have the final say. Thank you @hooperfit!

Today’s normally my rest day but I was planning to workout and work from home today due to weather that seems pretty non-existent.

Today the asana is Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana
Oh this one it was hard to do... another one that I haven’t been able to do for a long time.
It is funny how your body remembers what it has to do, but in this case, as my flexibility of the hips remained obviously the same, it didn’t quite “understood “ the stiffness of the back, so I had to adjust the back leg many many times.
As with Dancer, huge work ahead, but I am on it now!

What's the point of this pic? I just wanna say I'm finally beginning to lean out for operation wedding/Aruba! But that's not the point....the point is to say that food/carbs are your friend! When I came to @gennid I was eating about 650 calories less than what she has me eating, and my workload was very different, now she did up my cardio but not by too much and the cardio is different so it's actually kinda fun...I said kinda! Lol don't be afraid of food ladies just make sure you time your meals properly and your eating the right kinds of foods for your purpose! Oh and I dropped 1.5 pounds this week eating 7x a day! That's why I love this so, it's just amazing what the body can do and what the science behind the food can make you look like! And I'm 45 and I had three kids so age and "I had kids" is not a viable excuse!
