Improving your range of motion in your body is really important so I like to take a more three demensional approach to my workouts. This exercise looks like a mess but it is effective and after a couple reps you'll be huffing and puffing.
Combing shoulder press, renegades, push ups, and mtn climbers into one workout I make sure I workout the whole body instead of just a specific part.
Taking a more three dimensional approach to your workouts not only lowers your workout time, but you also lose more calories in less time. If you don't believe me try this workout and see for yourself. #GETIT 💪💯
5 reps 3 sets with 1 minute break
Just glancing at the two photos, there isn't a world of difference. I was never a big gal, I recognize that. But the transformation I'm referring to is the transformation you can't see. The photos are taken 5 years apart, but it feels more like a lifetime. I hardly know the girl in the left any more. She drank, smoke, and ate in excess. She rarely had a smile or a kind word to share, she cared about no one, not even herself. But who I am now, I've never felt more alive! I have value in others, but most importantly I value myself. I've learned it doesn't matter if the cup is empty or full, all that matters is your willingness and ability to refill it. My cup runneth over, I am unstoppable!

Индейка 😋🦃 для меня сейчас это мясо в фаворитах. Ловите идею для ужина( для тех кто на массе) или обеда ( для тех кто на снижении веса). Почему именно при снижении веса вечером нельзя употреблять даже сложные углеводы??? Это достаточно один из самых долгих споров . Кто то утверждает о том, что не важно в какой период дня вы едите углеводы, если ведётся подсчёт углеводов и калорий , другие уверяют, что именно только в первой половине дня их можно есть и не бояться лишнего, отложившегося жирка.я для себя решила- углеводы в первой половине дня. Но спустя месяц это изменится, так как режим дня изменится. Сейчас я более активна до 8-9 вечера следовательно, вечером я ем больше белка и исключаю углеводы, а когда режим поменяется и вечером активность повыситься в разы ( начнётся работа в шоу, а это 45 минут кардио)), то углеводы на ужин вернутся снова. 👏 •
Not the best picture, but here we go again, prep game strong this week 💪 gotta be honest I get super busy mostly everyday. So if I don't prep I just can't keep up with my meals, even thou most people think the hard part of this life style is the workout, which is not! 🤔 It's keeping track and eating the right things all day. If not prepared, you are more likely to get off track. And as my time is limited for everything.. meals I can cook in one pan, is such a time saver and not so much mess after!! Double win! Here I have some salmon stakes (protein) sweet potatoes wedges (carbs) and asparagus (veggies) a complete meal 😋 in one pan 💪 as the asparagus cook faster I take those out first. I wait until salmon stakes are crispy on both sides and usually it's cooked inside, last the wedges take a little longer. 😋 Hope everyone started their Monday strong 💪 and ready to go after those gains ❤
