Abs asesinos de ayer!
Debo asumir que por muuuucho tiempo dejé de hacer abs pq está leeejos de ser uno de mis ejercicios favoritos (seeee, está pésimo, pq son mega necesarios para la correcta ejecución de los ejercicios, pero... Casa de herrero cuchillo de palo).
Pero de esto se trata, de fortalecer nuestros puntos débiles y mejorar día a día.
Aún me cuesta dominarlos pero sin duda me salen mejor que cuando empecé 💪

🔹INGREDIENTES:
✔ 2 huevos grandes + 1 clara
✔ 50 gramos de harina de avena sabor natillas con galleta
✔ 30 gramos de copos de avena
✔ 20 gramos de harina de almendras
✔ 1 manzana (110 gramos)
✔ ralladura de mandarina
✔ 50 gramos de queso fresco batido desnatado
✔ 20 gramos de leche desnatada
✔ 20 gramos de nueces
✔ 10 gramos de botones de cacao o cacao puro en polvo desgrasado sin azúcares añadidos
✔ 1/2 sobre de levadura

🔹PROCEDIMIENTO:
➡ Cortamos la manzana con piel en cachos y la hacemos 2 minutos al vapor con el lekuee a máxima potencia en el microondas para que quede blandita
➡ Ponemos todos los ingredientes en un vaso mezclador y trituramos con la batidora hasta que quede una mezcla líquida homogénea
➡ Vertemos la mezcla en un molde (yo he utilizado uno tipo bundt de silicona de los chinos)
➡ Horneamos a unos 180°C unos 30 minutos

Auch wenn ich absolut nen Motivationstief in Sachen kochen habe, so habe ich mich doch an den Herd gestellt und „vom Meister persönlich“ ein Rezept nach gekocht. 
Hier zu sehen sind „Rigatoni al forno“ - vegetarisch - von @iqskitchen 
Er selbst genießt ja momentan eher thailändisch (worum ich gerade übelst neidisch bin) und ich bin eher auf dem Italientrip und esse gerne Pasta. Basta 😂 
Das ganze Gericht hat „nur“ 557 kcal und schmeckt soooo unfassbar lecker und frisch. Durch den körnigen Frischkäse und den frischen basilikum hat es irgendwie eine sommerliche Note. Passend zum Sonnenschein draußen ☀️ Habe jetzt auch beschlossen ab sofort nur noch mit frischem basilikum zu würzen, wenn ich welchen brauche. Alleine sein Duft ❤️❤️ und der Geschmack erst. What’s your goal? Do you have one? Most of us have a goal but only a small percentage of people will actually go and achieve their goal. Yeah it is scary, it’s scary to fail especially when you have to invest money in to something, but if you do ‘t go and do it how do you know that it won’t work. Пару постов назад писал о своем БЖУ и калориях, теперь расскажу о продуктах которыми я восполняю это БЖУ!🍗🍚
♦Углеводы - тут выбор небольшой, либо рис (бурый, жасмин), либо гречка. Сейчас у меня 270 гр. + на завтрак и ужин съедаю по два низкокаларийных рисовых или гречневых хлебца.
♦Белки - тут все просто, куринное филе 500 гр. приготовленный без масла и 15 отваренных яичных белков.
♦Жиры - чайная ложка льняного масла на завтрак и орахисовая паста без соли и сахара грамм 30.
♦Помимо всего этого в течении всего дня я ем очень много клетчатки - это либо пикинская капуста и огурцы или тушеная брокколи или стручковая фасоль.
