So yesterday something AMAZING happened I burned over 600 calories during my workout! 😲😆I'm so PROUD OF MYSELF! At one point I was sure I was going to stop but I said a prayer and pushed through it and I'm sooo glad I did because I feel so amazing just to know that if I apply myself, never give up and keep God first great things can happen I'm super excited I'm going to continue to improve and transform into the women I know I'm suppose to be! 👊🏾

02/18/18; Good evening IG Family. I’ve been having a rough day, it’s like a great night was followed by a huge fallout I wasn’t expecting. That being said, I’ve been able to do a few things today; shovel snow, do paperwork for my part-time job, and eat clean. However, there’s a place I’ve definitely been lacking lately. And that’s drinking my gallon a day.
I made a post previously about the impact eating meat and dairy products has on me almost instantly, and how it worsens for the next day. I definitely agree with that, but I also think my water drinking habits have been off lately. That gallon should’ve been drained by this time, and it’s only half way. Call it a little water funk, if you will. That being said, in the words of a wise rapper named Mick Jenkins, DRINK MORE WATER! It’s the best way to stay hydrated and helps your skin really shine when you’re actually drinking the required amount your body needs. You’d be surprised at how dehydrated you are daily, especially if you drink a cup of water every time you eat and that’s it. Monitor your water drinking habits and you’ll come out of it wanting to drink an entire ocean, haha. 🌊

Stretching it out because despite the gym being closed, it's back to the grind on Monday.
On weekends I often find myself lacking motivation as I tend to thrive in a gym environment and when there is no gym my brain completely forgets how to do fitness all together. 😂
It's funny because my first few years of fitness when I was still too young to get into any of the gyms I ALWAYS did at home workouts day in and day out, and although I still know I have countless BBG and online workouts to resort to, I always sort of lack the motivation to do them.
I really wanna change that, so that's why if there is one day I cannot make it to the gym or if it is a weekend, I am going to put in a solid effort to make 5:00pm my working time and get some sort of workout in. 💪🏻
