Today marks 6 weeks until we leave on vacation so it seems like a really good time to focus things in and hit my macros more often than not. Goals are a good thing for this girl!
And now I have to sit in my car and drive to the office of my company in Bremen.
Traveling and office jobs are sitting jobs.
So do sports, working out, walk or whatever. It is not to do fitness or live the fitness lifestyle. It’s about to move and stay active.
You’re not a sitting machine. The human is a moving mashine.
It’s easy. Go out and move.
After a little break from heavy back squats and deadlifts I’m back on it today and feeling stronger then ever!
A little break from things is good for you, let your body recover, always finish on a good rep as that is what we remember! Never train to failure!
Today’s work out... Warm up with kettlebell complex.
Military Press, 5,3,2 adding weights each time.
Back Squat 5,3,3 adding weight each time
Deadlifts 5,3,2 adding weight each time!
Nice little core finisher!
Feeling great and strong! And still like there was a bit more in the tank to go too!
