Yesterday I almost didn't go to the gym! I had inventory the night before and was just beyond tired. I didn't sleep during the day at all the day before for inventory so yesterday after dropping my daughter as school I slept UNTIL 1:30 pm 😲 got up was like ehhh I don't feel like going but damn I did!! 💪👊 I have to give props to those that work 3rd shift and still manage to get gym time in. You all are awesome I know I couldn't do it even if my body got used to it!
When Annick first approached me to do MT last Fall I was “surprised” and thought why?? You’re already in “good” shape.
But I always say you can be happy where you are and still be a work in progress. And she was happy and simply wanted to do better and be in GREAT shape. So big shame on me for having this assumption and attitude.
And she had an awesome transformation. At the end of her program in December she decided to take it to the next level and start lifting! Who am I to say no and of course the team encouraged her. She just updated us recently and it’s incredible how much more she improved on her own. I am so very happy to see this!!!! Thank you Ann for inspiring all of us at MT. No excuses just results!

MOM SICK! It’s the WORST! This past week (also March break) was a douzy. I fell hard and took my littles down with me...one by one.
Huge shout out to @danieljameslacey (aka the tiMEout dad 😜) who didn’t skip a beat keeping our house functioning and getting me back on my feet.

This is for the mamas pumping all day long even when hardly no milk comes out just to stimulate their boobs to produce more. Breastfeeding isn’t always fun but it’s always worth it💞 and for the mamas who have been unable to breastfeed never feel bad about that. Feed your baby anyway you can. Making bottles all night is not easy so this is for you too 💞
