I’ve been trying to have this new rule of eating- Whole Foods with COLOR!!!! I like eating happy foods!
- Meal idea 1: 2 Whole eggs, 1/4 c egg whites, spinach, with sautéed green and red peppers on Ezekiel bread (organic frozen section at Fred Myers) -
- Meal idea #2 : bbq chicken and avocado with 1/2 BCAA drink because I’m bad about getting my water in
- Meal idea #3 : 1/2 diced cucumber without peel, 1/4 c blueberries, 1/4 c strawberries with cauliflower rice and a big ass hamburger patty! -
-PREWORKOUT: then I also take @nutrabio super carb with 1/2 @bangenergy drink 15 mins before the gym
- I finish the day HONESTLY with a @halotopcreamery ice cream- candy bar or pancakes and waffles are my favorites! And probably some other egg scramble, steak, or spoon of Pb with some pretzels because I’m not on a macro plan at the moment. ***for gaining or losing I suggest tracking macros> I’m working on just living without food guilt or stress***

For the longest time before actually giving ketones a shot I sat back observed, labeled it, judged it, and tossed it in the box as “another quick fix FAD”. I would scroll through my newsfeed and hear word of this “miracle” drink. People would whisper stuff in my ear like, that stuff isn’t safe and I’ve read it’s poison and has bad long term effects.
I’m going to be honest, it took me looking at the business aspect to give in and be like ok what the F is this shit and how are people making a true impact while building an amazing empire? I wasn’t going to follow some new fad, I wasn’t going to follow some scam, and I wasn’t going to be apart of something I didn’t believe in.
Well, so I did it. I tried it and from that moment that I sipped some of the “Cool-Aid” that these crazy people were on, I then became apart of the AWARE and one of the “crazies” 🤪 DUDE best decision of my entire life. I feel more alert, self aware, happy, and on a whole other level of life than ever before. I’m the best freaking Mom now. I have energy. I’m happy. And I know the science behind this. And dude..... look at my results. My body is literally using stored fat for energy.
Point is ... don’t label stuff you don’t know anything about. Because chances are you are probably completely off. People will always try and bad mouth something they are scared of and what I’ve found is that most of them have no freaking clue what they are even talking about. 😊
Trying to capture your sexy 😏 dance moves is hard.. HA! 😂 Getting more and more excited for baby boy to get here!! 🙌😁💙 I feel ready now that his room is ready and I have most of his things 🙌
I also feel “ready” for labour.. I know I have NO IDEA what I’m in for 😳, but for some reason I just feel ready 🤷♀️ I think some of it has to do with the fact that I still feel like my strong 💪 self 🙂 and that gives me Confidence and Courage to tackle the intense experience ✊and well I just want him to be HERE!! 😃💙👶
