hey guys! Here are some pics in my messy room #rip !
Today I mainly focused on cardio: I walked on high incline, 3MPH as the speed and just did it until I burned about 110 calories! I did stairs on level 12/ went down a little because my knees have been ACHING, I think I did something to them ): R.I.P.
I also did a few sit ups, leg extensions and the usual: hip thrusts and leg presses 😤 (mixed some lunges into today too!) -
Believe it or not: I DID IT ALL IN 50 MINS MAX. I wanted you guys to remember that working out is NOT about having time, it’s about making it. On a side note, I’m kinda bloated so leave me alone if I look a little puffy today 😔😪.
I also wanted to say that eating healthy is 🔑. I recall just the other day I was drinking this REALLY GOOD juice and straight chilling because it was only 150 calories (it makes up for the fact that I never eat breakfast bc I don’t have time) (but thats ok) and then my friend grabbed the bottle and was like “girl, this has 37 grams of sugar..” (I cried, wbu) but you always have to remember that things may say they’re “90 calories” but you HAVE to watch out for those carbs and better yet, the sugar. Sugar goes straight to yah darn belly. -
I feel exhausted post work out and I have way too many things to do today (: in that case, I’m going to go do them (sorry! 2 tests ): R.I.P.) I’ll definitely post my leg day work outs ASAP since lots of you have been asking (even though I post them all the time, I’ll go into detail and take pics of the machine for u!) I would make videos but I don’t go to the gym with people because I get off track and very self conscious, and I feel awkward making one by myself so IM SORRY but one day, once im more comfortable with me (: -
