I have what can only be described as a flat out OBSESSION with loaded rice cakes. Shown here are plain Quaker rice cakes with PB2 & sliced organic strawberries. Some of my other favorite combos?:

- Salsa & guacamole
- Marinara and turkey pepperoni
- Tuna
- Egg white salad
- Zucchini hummus and sesame seeds
- Tahini and a little salt free garlic and herb seasoning
- Coconut butter
- Canned Pumpkin ( I mix mine with pumpkin pie spice and stevia drops)
- PB2 and sliced banana with a drizzle of manuka honey or some cinnamon
- Peanut butter and manuka honey
- Almond butter and no sugar added strawberry jelly
- Almond butter, shaved unsweetened baking chocolate and coconut manna or shredded coconut
- PB2.... tons of it
- PB2 and a drizzle of siracha
- Peanut butter and crumbled turkey bacon
- Mashed sweet potato with cinnamon and raisins
- Avocado oil mayo and Dijon mustard - Oatmeal or cream of rice

Ziemlich häufig erhalte ich Anfragen, wie ich denn meine morgendliche Mahlzeit zubereite und zugegebener weise macht auch manch #Porridge Feed bei Instagram ziemlich Appetit drauf 😋
Nunja, um's kurz zu fassen 👉🏻 nicht der an sich ziemlich prunklose Haferbrei sieht so toll aus, sondern nur das Topping 🤷‍♂️ Kaum wo anders rettet die Facette das Gericht eher, als beim Oatmeal 😅
(Übrigens weiß ich von manch Instagrammer, dass deren Toppings vor dem Verzehr sogar wieder vom Teller kommen 🤤🙊 also ich ess das alles 🤔 sogar meistens noch mehr, aber das ist für die meisten dann schon zu viel des Guten 😂)

Da mir persönlich weniger Milchprodukte 🥛 in der Ernährung gut tun, ist mein aktuelles Frühstück tatsächlich immer vegan 🌿🤤 Statt Magerquark nehme ich dafür ein pflanzliches Proteinpulver und erhöhe die Wassermenge ein wenig 👌

Kartoffeln, Pastinaken und etwas Lauch mit Knoblauch in Olivenöl anbraten und mit Wasser aufgießen.. Nach 20 Minuten pürieren und mit Kokosmilch oder, wer es neutraler mag, mit Mandelmus oder Frischkäse abschmecken. Garniert habe ich die Suppe mit Schnittlauch und etwas Leinöl. Das Leinöl hilft dem Körper übrigens, die Vitamine aus dem Gemüse besser aufzunehmen 👍

Did you know that #water is the main component of the body? In fact, the adult body is about 60-70% water! Our bodies use water in all of its cells, organs and tissues to help regulate body temperature, to transport oxygen, and glucose to our working muscles, it helps our bodies eliminate waste and toxins, as well as aiding in a slew of other bodily functions that are vital for optimal living. Plain and simply: we need water to survive. Since we lose water through breathing, sweating and digestion, it's extremely important to consume enough water to hydrate and replenish in order to ensure proper body function!

Drinking enough water is a MUST (if you’re wondering how much water should you be drinking everyday, a good rule of thumb that I follow is this: at least half of your body weight in ounces) BUT- in addition to drinking water, you can also incorporate #plantbased foods high in water too! Fruits and vegetables provide vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein along with fluids!! Here are 6 of my favorite #vegan foods that can help keep you hydrated! 🌱💗

Lunch Bowls; Spicy Shrimp Burrito Bowls by @cleanfoodcrush
{These shrimp bowls pack in the FLAVOR + GREAT for Meal Prep💪👌🙌!!!} .
Makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1½ pounds shrimp
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsps coconut or olive oil
1 cups organic corn, (thawed if frozen)
½ red onion, diced
1.5 cups black beans, drained and rinsed 
1 cup diced tomatoes (I used cherry)
1 lime, juiced
½ tsp garlic powder
For the rice:
1 1/2 cup brown rice
2 limes, juiced
⅓ cup chopped cilantro or parsley 
Instructions:
Start by cooking the rice according to the package directions. Once the rice is done mix in the lime juice, cilantro/parsley and season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the corn, black beans, red onion, tomatoes, lime juice and garlic powder.
Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add 1 Tablespoon of oil. Add the shrimp, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes (depending on the size) until the shrimp and cooked through. Remove from heat.
To assemble the bowls layer rice, corn salsa and shrimp evenly between four bowls. 
Enjoy! .

Start by adding half the fajita seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt to the chicken. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in another pan and add garlic. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes till the chicken is cooked through. 
Remove the chicken on a plate, and add onions and bell peppers to the pan. Add the remaining fajita seasoning and stir fry for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
