Recipe share from @thethingsweknow Thank you! 馃槏馃檶馃槏馃檶 Ingredients - 1 tin chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter - 1/4 Cup Honey, agave or maple syrup - 1 Tsp Baking Powder - Pinch of salt - Pinch of Cinnamon - 1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes - 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips - 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao

Method 
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a flat baking tray.
2. Add all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) to a food processor and blend until smooth. Mixture should form a thick cookie dough texture.
3. Add chocolate chips to the mixture and stir through.
4. With slightly wet hands roll dough into balls before pressing them down on baking tray. 
5. I highly recommend licking the bowl clean...
6. Bake for 14-16 min 鉂桟ookies will harden once cooled so be sure not too over cook!

You MUST try it, it was so good that it's hard to believe it is super healthy, quick and easy to make! Just cook a couple of potatoes and two leeks, then blend them together with some broth or water. *12 Medjool dates
* 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
* 陆 cup macadamia nuts
* 1 tablespoon ground chia and flax seeds *4 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon lemon zest
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon ground turmeric powder. * 陆 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until dough constistancy forms. Then roll the dough into balls. Store these energy balls in a sealed container and place in the fridge! Enjoy!

Sal e tempero secos a gosto (compro as sementes e os temperos no @srgraos )
Azeite e 谩gua at茅 dar liga

Processe as sementes. Quando virar uma farinha coloque em um recipiente e acresceste a 谩gua e o azeite

Mexa bem. A massa tem que ficar bem male谩vel. Caso esteja seca acrescente mais 谩gua e azeite. 
Disponha a massa em uma forma untada, espalhe bem com as m茫os e corte com a faca formando quadrados.

I鈥檓 alive & no baby boy hasn鈥檛 made his appearance... I鈥檝e received tons of messages today. I know I鈥檝e been a little MIA.. I got news yesterday that was hard on me & I just needed a little time. I鈥檝e went through all the motions in the last 24 hours from devastation, to sad, to confused, to completely pissed! 
You don鈥檛 ever expect to hear the words 鈥淚 have cancer鈥 from someone who means the world to you. I鈥檝e never experienced this & I just can鈥檛 understand why because this person is the LAST on the planet who deserves this. 
But I鈥檓 staying positive for this person & myself. I know God is there every step of the way & it will all be okay, it鈥檚 just scary. 
PLEASE ladies do not miss a mammogram or pap! It blows my mind that Insurance will not pay for a mammogram until I am 35 years old...and why the OB will tell you that you only need a Pap smear every four years if your last one was normal! BS! Even though my paps are normal I still get one each year because insurance will pay for it! Ladies do these things! Don鈥檛 hold off! I think so many of us just do not get these done because we think we鈥檙e fine or we do not want to hear what the results could be but don鈥檛 do that to yourself and the people who love you! 馃崈 1 colher de sopa bem cheia de farinha de arroz + 1 colher de sopa rasa de farinha de arroz;

Heute Abend gibt es gef眉llte Paprika. Dazu braucht ihr echt nicht viel und es ist mega lecker. 
Was ihr dazu braucht: 鈥 4 Paprika 鈥 400g Rinderhackfleisch 鈥 1 Dose Kidney Bohnen
鈥 100g Mais 鈥 100g Schafk盲se light 鈥 60g Reis gekocht 鈥 400g passierte Tomaten 鈥 100ml Sahne (7%)
鈥 50g Reibek盲se light 
Das Hackfleisch w眉rzen  mit etwas 脰l und einer Zwiebel anbraten. Als 脰l k枚nnt ihr Kokos枚l oder Oliven枚l. 
Danach den Reis, Mais und die Kidney Bohnen hinzuf眉gen. 
Die passierten Tomaten, den Schafsk盲se und die Sahne hinzugeben. Gut umr眉hren und w眉rzen nach Belieben.

Danach den Deckel von jeden Paprika abschneiden und vorsichtig aush枚hlen. 
Die Masse in die Paprikas geben und den Rest in einer Auflaufform geben. Den Reibek盲se dar眉ber verteilen. 
Die Paprikas f眉r ca. 30min bei 180 Grad im Ofen lassen.
