Stressed out over every little thing today but I know I'll be all good worrying about food my weight am I doing things properly in the gym photoshoot bla bla.bla 🙈. I Never rest I'm always on the go whether that's walking cleaning the house courses. u name it. I don't even sit down to watch tv anymore and chill the fuck out..I dont even know what it's like to rest anymore.the only time I literally would rest is if i go out home im stuck in my Pjs for the day and I'm glad I have them days. 8weeks out and feeling great 🙌🏼 had a check in today everything down or the same which is great as I said it is all going in a positive direction. My food is staying the same (hasn’t been reduced yet) just an extra cardio session each week which is easy to get in. Another refeed in few days which keeps me motivated and allows me to eat out this weekend. I don’t have a pole at my house, how will I practice?? I get asked this question almost every week. If you want to improve your upper strength in Pole at home this is the best & most basic exercise you can do. Replace that bar with a pole and I am doing the same type of movement,using almost the same muscles in my upper body. You can buy these bars for only €10,now you have no excuse. After only one week of working with @sarahsmithbosslady I'm already starting to feel strong and really healthy. I'm back in the gym three times a week (which honestly feels so good🙆). I have committed to creating a positive sleeping environment so that I can get adequet sleep. Have stopped macro and calorie counting & have committed to intuitive eating instead, which is still plant based and focused simply on nourishing my body[I'll keep learning and improving on this as the weeks go by]. This has had a huge impact on my body internally: 🔶My sleep has improved [though its still a work in progress].
🔶My energy levels are escalating rapidly. 🔶My overall mood and mindset is a lot more postive.
As a result of the above, I am already starting to see small changes in body composition. The scales or the percentages more often than not, shouldn't be your No.1 priority, but its likely that consistency, mental clarity, with a focus on eating for nourishment, and moving your body, will have an impact on your body composition over time.
