Another work selfie! But this one is big... I wore a white shirt with no jacket comfortably for the first time in I don’t know how long! I’m feeling GREAT and CONFIDENT. Who knew I could feel like that in a white shirt again😁 Beachbody for the win!
ISA LEG DAY 🍗 😊 finally managed to get in a good workout after a week-ish. This why consistency is 🗝!! Here are some of my favourite exercises to do:
➡️squats 2x10 @ 135lbs * 5x5 @155lbs*
➡️deadlifts (I PR'ed!) 2x5 @165lbs* 2x5 @135lbs*
➡️landmine squats 3x10 @ 75lbs*
➡️standing calf raise 2x15@ 130lbs* 2x15@ 150lbs*
➡️seated calf raises 2x20 @ 30lbs*
Now off to eat my body weight in food 🙄😆🍕
Last week I was on the road for work and it consisted of no workouts, shit food, and a lot of alcohol. The good news is that one week can never overcome over two years of consistent training and nutrition. Dialing it back in before the Arnold next week.
Day 3 of the #groundwork challenge, sliding around in socks 🧦🧦 to werk it! I like how this challenge is playful because core work isn’t always fun, for me at least, I avoid it! 😝
