Hatta biraz fazla dondurup elinizin altında her daim bulundurabilirsiniz.
Mexican “beef” Bowl! 😍
~1/2 cup Gardein “beef” crumbles with chile powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder, & red pepper flakes or substitute ground beef or turkey! (I would suggest a southwest seasoning also!)
~1/3 cup brown rice
~1 cup mixed veggies (1 cup): corn, bell peppers, onion, tomato
~1/2 cup black beans
*I would add fresh cilantro, jalapeños, and avocado to make this extra delicious!
Perfact sweet & salty avocado🍐 and peanut butter toast w/ cinnamon 🍞
Incredibly easy, cheap, tasty, and most importantly - healthy. That's what this channel is all about 💪 stay tuned for more recipes and food alternatives to takeout, pizza, processed foods, and ramen!
Eat cod, salmon, & other fish to support protein synthesis and reduce inflammation.
The omega-3 fats, DHA and EPA, from fish are the darlings of the recovery world because they improve cellular signaling and have anti-inflammatory effects.
They also may reduce muscle soreness slightly, though they haven’t been found to decrease severe DOMS. Of course, anyone who trains hard knows that severe DOMS is, well, severe, which is one reason why many therapies that speed recovery don’t have much effect on DOMS.
Researchers recommend fish oil for trainees who are under intense physical and environmental stress, such as competing at high altitudes or in extreme heat or cold because it fights oxidative stress and reduces waste production during intense eccentric exercise.
Dietary tip: Wondering if it’s better to eat whole fish or take fish oil? Fish oil can be convenient and provide highly concentrated doses of EPA and DHA, but there’s no reason you can’t rely on whole fish if you prefer. Both salmon and cod have performed well in studies aimed at reducing inflammation. #nutrition#healthyfood#livingwell#fish#fishporn#healthyfat#science#goodfood#nopainnogain#gym#life#smartfit#instafit#instahealth#instagood#instafood#loveyourself#mrolympia#fitlife#fiteats#beastmode

One of my favourite weekly workouts lately has been my core focused resistance training! A quick but intense workout featuring core and abs, glutes, and arms 👌🏼

I haven’t been able to plan out my meals and prep how I wanted in a few weeks so that was my priority today 🤘🏼 I decided to try to do 100% Trader Joe’s for all my groceries and see if I could make that happen but I did have to stop at Whole Foods for a few things. In all I spent like than $80 at both stores for myself for the week!
I’m super excited to try the grain and gluten free tortilla chips with some chicken nachos this week! My goals is to transition to a healthy happy mix of organic clean eating while still enjoying the things I love (🍕🌮🍣). I’m in a very happy place with my body and want to maintain this while not feeling restricted or like I have limitations to my food. Balance is 🔑 for a happy girl like me 💃🏻
