Good Morning 😃!!!! Snow Day means mommy sleeps in I set my alarm at 5:15 and 5:30 I turned those suckers off and woke up at 6:30 instead! It’s not everyday I get extra sleep so I took advantage and rested this body and boy did that feel awesome!!!! The snow is coming in SPRING nope I’m not happy about it I really hate winter I’m more a summer baby but we gotta deal with what comes here and get through it old man winter isn’t through yet but don’t worry SPRING will be here soon enough and I seriously can’t wait to not wear the bulky coat anymore I’m ready to break out some cute capris and T-shirt! Well enough about the stinking weather it’s time to WORK baby with all that sugar my muscles got yesterday it’s time to put that sugar to good use and kill this workout!!! LEG DAY oh yes and the best LEG DAY of this program is in phase 3 so I’m ready to take it on! It’s been many many years of thinking about it...🙄🙄 when I made the decision I wanted to get Fit again I decided I would never ever diet again. I was in a really dark place. I went from being a Fit personal Trainer to overweight, depressed and embarrassed so much so that I quit my Training job at the time. During that time I didn’t know how to stop eating. I was gaining as much as 3-5 lbs for 6 whole months. I quickly went from 110lbs to 160lbs addicted to food...😬 I guess it didn’t matter that I was gaining weight, but what did matter was the time I was spending obsessing about losing weight, the time I was spending working out trying to burn off what I was eating obsessively and the time I was spending hating my body. I wasn't gonna post this video. Clothes ride, rolls jiggle, PMS causes bloating, mentally drained, physically fatigued and wobbly. But it DOESN'T matter, I still got it done! And I really DON'T care if I'm judged because I'm doing this for ME! It's PROGRESS not PERFECTION
