Pretty much how I feel today... inspired, rejuvenated, kinda sexy, so loved (especially by my major man crush @magicmike4life) and absolutely terrified to get up and get back to my SF grind 😳 but that’s the circle of life so let’s keep it moving!

And just like that you can #feelsexyinyourownskin yup, it’s that #simple . Naw, actually it’s not. Who am I kidding 😜 I’ve struggled with weight my entire life. I had a gym membership at 13 years old. I would work out for 2-3 hours a day and still did track and cross country. Once that passed I was in cheer as long as I could be and still had to work out 2-3 hours a day 5-6 days a week. Grew up #vegan till I was 13 and back than they didn’t have much to choose from. All the veggies I had would make me feel do bloated and I had days I was weak and exhausted. Still not wanting to be the #fatgirl I still had to do anything I could to #fitthestandard and getting boobs as early as nine years old didn’t help. Having hips at 12 didn’t either. I was one of a few who had curves and boobs in Jr. High. I was told I was so beautiful but chubby. When I look back I wasn’t chubby, I was developed and most of my friends had nothing. Because of what I heard I had weight issues and tried to fix what didn’t need to be fixed. So much so I know I messed up my insides somehow. It took a few years and I still struggle with it, but I’m #proud to say #ilovemybody it’s been through a lot. It’s #resilient and the only one I have. In high school I lost 60 lbs in one summer, in college I lost 60 lbs in four months, and after my second child I lost 140 lbs in 17 months. This time I’ve lost 45 lbs in eight months and I’m not as strict as I have been in the passed. Each time I’ve lost more weight I’ve learned something new. I’ve learned to make sure I am mentally ready. That if for what ever reason I fall off track not to hate myself for it but understand what happened. I’ve learned that it took 17 months to lose 140 lbs and 3 1/2 years to gain 80 lbs. depression, postpartum, and being a busy mom can take such a toll on you and your body. Remember to take care of yourself and the rest will follow.
