This is hands down THE BEST chicken and waffles I’ve ever had 😭💯. Nice and crispy on the outside and sooooooo (like SO) juicy on the inside!! 🤤💦 This meal comes with their house-made maple bourbon coffee sauce (which is delicious af😋), sour cream, chives, and kale slaw 🌿
There’s always room for ice cream!! All 365 days a year, 24/7, you don’t even need to question it 😋🍦

ive heard mixed reviews about assembly chef’s hall but i really wanted to try it - was not disappointed w what i got 😁 the gnocchi from resto boemo was soft and pillowy and melts in your mouth 🤤 it also had just the right amount of kick to it 🌶 it was a little pricy, but honestly i’d go back to assembly chef’s hall to try the other places there ✌🏽

While everyone is so hyped up about KAKA’s new dt location... I would say they really need to do something about their ordering system. We went there quite early so we didn’t have to wait to get a seat. But once we sat down and ordered, they kept forgetting what we ordered and gave us food that we didn’t order. The service was really slow too... we barely ate anything after an hour sitting there😐 We had to order a house salad three times to finally get it when we were almost finished. Sushi was really good for AYCE and our server was really friendly and kind which made the experience less unpleasant. I’ve never been to the Markham location but if the food and service are the same, I doubt if it’s worth the hype🤔
London, ON- Sakata Ramen
Tako Wasabi($6.95)- this is one of my fav side dish at izakayas. It is made of raw octopus(Tako) marinated with wasabi. It has a strong wasabi taste, with the slimy chewy octopus texture. You can also wrap it in a piece of seaweed or place it on a piece of corn chip, which would give you a completely different experience.
Eel Don ($13) the flavouring is really good, but it is a little bit dry for my preference.
Finally got to try Dagu Rice Noodle!! I ordered the Signature Rice Noodle Soup with Braised Bone-in Pork. Although there weren’t many toppings, the flavourful soup made up for it. I love how it wasn’t oily. I added an extra topping called “stuffed meatballs” and it was $2.99!! 😩I was pretty disappointed because it was just 3 prepackaged meatballs you can find at any Asian supermarket. However, the pork bone was filling and I got a free noodle refrill. The drinks in the back are “Cheese Strawberry” and “Cheese Watermelon.” Since the cheese was all at the top, it tasted a little weird in the beginning. However, as the Cheese slowly mixed with the strawberry juice, it tasted better. Overall, these are my favourite type of noodles and I would come back. I’m proud of all the delicious food that Chinese culture has to offer. 🍜 🧀 🍓 🍉

⭐️4/5 • This 70 piece sushi boat was definitely one for the books! Consisting of 36 pcs of sushi (Salmon, Surf Clam, Octopus, Snapper, BBQ Eel and Crab Meat), a Rainbow Roll, California Roll, Mango Tokyo Roll, Twin Duck Salmon Roll and Tempura Shrimp roll, there was an option for all taste buds! Each sushi had the perfect sashimi to rice ratio, with not only one, but two pieces of sashimi placed on top of a smaller portion of rice. The standout rolls for me were: the Mango Tokyo roll (which was a great mix of sweet and savoury) and the Twin Duck Salmon Roll (a little on the spicy side, but bursting with a unique salmon and duck flavour). If like me, you ever have trouble deciding which rolls to choose and prefer à la Carte over AYCE, Ichiban Sushi's boat options are sure to satisfy all your sushi cravings.
If you could order baos for $0.99-$1.99, would you turn it down? No? I thought so!! 😋 I saw a couple of posts on this place from @thehangrybeh and @meetandeats 👯♀️ and I just HAD to stop by for a visit 🙌🏼!

So, I've been debating for 2 months whether to post this because I'm always scared I'm going to upset or offend anyone by posting about my relationship. My worst fear is becoming someone who overshares everything about my life on social media (specifically: "Oh my boyfriend is so great, look at how great he is" type of people. We all know at least one). .
@heyitsaricohen and I have been dating for 3 amazing years. I wasn't sure whether to post something on the actual day (2 months ago, and when these pictures were taken), because I didn't want my happiness to upset someone else. It might seem silly, but I remember being very lonely when I was single and seeing an overload of happy couple photos on social media made that worse. I would never want to make someone feel that way. But I realize that I'm allowed to be happy about my relationship and share on social media that I'm so incredibly happy. I'm just trying to find a balance where I don't make people upset or think that I'm showing off. .

If I remember correctly, I got Kani Kaboom, left (salmon, cucumber, avocado, popcorn mock-shrimp, and spicy sweet sauce), and Shotgun roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber, shiitake, wasabi mayo, and tempura bits).
When you click on #liverspread all I see is it paired or posted by filipino food and people, is it a Filipino thing? From what I can remember I started eating liver spread at my Lolo’s house and to this day it’s life. Once in a while I’ll get cravings for it and if I don’t get it all hell breaks loose.
