This must be one of thee hardest posts that I have ever done 😓 I’ve told myself not to and I was just going to leave it BUT the old me would of left it and not have taken accountability for my actions 🤯 I used to embarrassed 😞 But Not anymore. I’m doing this! I’m taking accountability for my actions. I’m extremely happy with my weightloss in such a short space of time. I’m mentally feeling better and definitely feel happier 😃 I don’t feel a difference in my body it’s more mentally. This is only the start 😊 But Rome wasn’t built in a day and this body was 29 year in the making. I will continue to take accountability and hope for support ❤️ Next week the fitness & exercise starts 🤭 Wish me luck 🤞

Found a pair of jeans on the LB clearance rack for $17 and I had to jump on it. They are super stretchy so I was able to comfortably squeeze into them - size 22! Here they are compared to my current size 28 jeans that I was busting out of a few months back.😱
If there is an upside to being unable to swallow solid food for over a week, it's the 17lbs I've lost during and since.

Whole new attitude today! I absolutely KILLED today’s BOOTY 🍑 workout and it felt SO GOOD! Still recovering from a hectic, sleep deprived week but this workout flipped my mood right around 💪🏻❤️🙌🏻 Day 56/80✔️
Yesterday was just one of those days.... Actually, it’s been one of those WEEKS. But, I made sure I got Cardio Core in. Definitely wasn’t easy but I was proud that I pushed myself to get it done when it was the absolute last thing I wanted to do!
