Remember that it is not only about losing weight. Its about challenging yourself to stay disciplined, finding what works for you, discovering what foods may have caused health issues that have now been cut out.
I do not suffer from allergies and sinus infections when I am in ketosis. I know one of the biggest issues for me is wheat and dairy so I choose to cut them out.
Lbs are not as important as inches. Inches show bloat and inflammation are gone and those can be on going issues when we eat unnecessary carbs and sugars.
Bacon is a great way to get in the necessary fats and protein our bodies need. Its a kick start and a great one at that. It feels SO good to be back to my regular foods and meals after a weekend of eating out! My meals are portioned again and in the right combos #balanced 👏🏽 When I first saw the meal plan I was like “WTF kinda combo is a veggie, a fruit and healthy fat?!” But now, it’s one of my fave combos!
