Boom 💥 done. Now I have a quick and convenient way to get a sweat on in the comfort of home 💕when my girl asked if I should ask someone for help, my response was “I’m confident in my level of stubbornness”. She agreed. And this is why ✌🏻💪🏻 Lets do this 💦💦💦💦 time to get back in shape #cardio#morningworkouts#fasted#leanout#summeriscoming
NEW BLOG POST - The Difference Between Intermittent Fasting and Calorie Restriction.
This is one of the most common questions I asked. Many Personal Trainers and calories in/calories out advocates agree that fasting works, but only because it restricts calories. This thinking disregards a lot of hormonal and metabolic changes that happen in the body when we fast compared to when we restrict calories.

NOT what I expected! Watch the full drama of my #longrun today in my story ☝️ My goal was 14 miles #fasted , "steady effort", but I wasn't 100% sure I could finish the whole distance because of cold/allergies that popped up last night, plus a patellofemoral twinge in my right knee I've been keeping tabs on 🤷🏼♀️
--- 11.5 miles in (averaging 8:59 pace whaaaat!?) I was happy with my effort and ready to throw in the towel, so I called my husband to come pick me up...and he went to the wrong place!! So I ended up running home anyway 🏃🏼♀️ for a total of 14.5 miles and a sweeeeet average pace of 8:55.
The past few weeks I've really started to see the results of my hard work: faster paces, better mental endurance, and a belief that YES I CAN DO THIS!! #sundayrunday#runlowcarb#fatadapted
Here’s a fun agility stair drill that you can do almost anywhere with stairs or on ladders as well. I call them life steps because it’s always two steps forward and one step back. These can be done at a comfortable pace as shown for steady state cardio or once you’ve got the steps down, can be done as fast as possible for higher intensity/interval training. Helps with focus, coordination, and foot agility 👍🏻 #cardio#lightcardio#lifesteps#fasted#offday#personaltrainer#agility#coordination#focus
“Students of public speaking continually ask: "How can I overcome
self-consciousness and the fear that paralyzes me before an audience?" -
Did you ever notice in looking from a train window that some horses feed near the track and never even pause to look up at the thundering cars, while just ahead at the next railroad crossing a farmer's wife will be nervously trying to quiet her scared horse as the
train goes by?
How would you cure a horse that is afraid of cars—graze him in a
back-woods lot where he would never see steam-engines or automobiles, or drive or pasture him where he would frequently see the machines?
Apply horse-sense to ridding yourself of self-consciousness and fear: face an audience as frequently as you can, and you will soon stop shying. -
You can never attain freedom from stage-fright by reading a treatise. A book may give you excellent suggestions on how best to conduct yourself in the
water, but sooner or later you must get wet, perhaps even strangle
and be "half scared to death." -
There are a great many "wetless" bathing suits worn at the seashore, but no one ever learns to swim in them. To plunge is the only way.” ― Dale Carnegie, The Art of Public Speaking
Toastmasters is an amazing place for personal and interpersonal development and once you get better at it it becomes almost intoxicating
I'm honored to have won the speech contest in my local club and am eager to go to the next round in Finland next weekend! Who knows, maybe we'll go even further
Have you tried public speaking?

All set up. Rack and weights from @aldiaustralia barbell and bench from @rebelsport just did 1x5 bench press at 80kg to test it out! So great to have a small set up at home! Will still be going to @gym4beenleigh for the rest of the year to utilise all of their amazing equipment but having this at home means I can get a workout in no matter what!
#asda 's super beans, 1 egg fried in a little butter, spinach and blueberries.
These ASDA super beans are 7.7grams of protein, fibre is 7.1grams, and 145 kcals for half a packet. A really good alternate for breakfast compared to other beans.
Have a good weekend guys 🤘 and a fab ST.PADDY's day! ☘️
