Lose weight, lose weight !👀 Many years ago I was so lazy without any acknowledge about how to lose weight. I tough pills will help..Guys I try everything that you can imagine just for lose weight...YES ! I bought pills, I staring to take them one brand to other brand. I staring to have headaches, I lose bunch of hair and I was in a bad mood everday 🤦♀️... I noticed I was NOT losing weight so, I STOP buying them, furthermore I staring to eat less food and starving myself but, didn't work.I gained weight🙇♀️ I tough why?🤔 if I not eating so much🤷🏻♀️..... 🙌🏻GUYS , I finally learn that. In order to lose weight and be healthy mommy, I have to eat right. "NEVER "less food than I should. I also NOT follow any off those weird "DIETS or any WRAPS..

After my pregnancy, I realized that my body would never be the same. I was not in shape. I felt so many times FAT and UNATTRACTIVE. I used to hate seeing my body without shape and course, I was UNHEALTHY with NO ENERGY. My life it was always busy with work, school and life.. I was overwhelmed about myself... Short story.. I started to eat healthy and exercises daily. YES !! I lose weight but I again MUSCLE💪🏻 and the most important, I AGAIN ❤CONFIDENCE❤ So I step on the stage to compete for BEACHBODY CLASSIC👙 Guys they were some 👥"PEOPLE"👥 at the time who put me down when I need the most SUPPORT from them😢. THEY TOLD ME NOT TO SHOW MY BODY because I am a"MOM "and more Crap! Really?? 🤔 GUYS I'm so Damn PROUD OF MYSELF not only because I change my body because I change Mind ,Energy and Life.. Any ways...🙇♀️They HURT my feelings, so I cut them off of my LIFE..! On the other hand, MY AMAZING GROUP OF FIT FRIENDS 🙏were cheering me up and some of you guys🖐... THANK YOU from my HEART❤ My Journal hasn't been easy to me.. I went through UPS AND DOWNS so many times not just only with "NEGATIVE PEOPLE" but on changing my LIFESTYLE....It's pretty HARD but it's possible because I did it so do YOU👊 !... Happy Sunday guys my weekend was excellent. I defenily feel sore from the crazy rides. My neck and legs are sore! Today is my rest day ... tomorrow Monday I will be starting a different exercise. I am going to do ( Asylum) it's basically Cardio. I'm taking a break from the weights. I still going to lift but no as much I was lifting.... If you want to change? challenge yourself to a different workouts otherwise your body get used to it to the same routine .. REMEMBER IF DOESN'T CHALLENGE YOU, IT DOESN'T CHANCE YOU !

Why I workout?
One day I asked my self 🤔Why I workout if I'm going to died maybe today, tomorrow or one day who knows... Why?? I can easily stop working out and go eat crap food everyday and not worry about my health ... Honestly when I eat crap, I feel like crap so I don't want to feel like that every day ... some people go on very restricted diets or magical pills that can burn fat.. They restricted themselves on food so much.... they can't eat this or that specific food for moths or days ... very restricted diets ! 👉👉I workout BECAUSE I want to be able to fit on small size clothes , sexy , strong , I love my body my self , I have goals I want to reach, help me de-stress , makes me feel amazing (mood)
I have more and more reasons on my (why ?) When you find YOUR WHY you will understand.
The most important from my why is because I want to be healthy. Maybe I will have a longer life so I want to do what makes me happy. Guys I still eat that kind of food like pizza or hamburgers ect.. but in moderation.!! 🤗
