When you put yourself into a box, you may find yourself saying "I had a hamburger and fries for lunch, so I might as well have pizza for dinner." Instead, try to say, "I had a big lunch, so I should aim for a healthier dinner". Yes pay attention to what you eat, however if you have a doughnut make sure your meals the rest of the day are health and consist of whole foods.
STOP beating yourself up when you make a mistake, you're human and you're going to fall short. Self-defeating thoughts will just hinder your motivation.
Instead, forgive yourself. Remember that one mistake is not going to ruin your progress. NO ONE EVER GOT FAT FROM 1 COOKIE, eating 2 dozen a day on the other hand... All in All: When you aim for perfection, you will quickly lose your motivation. By allowing yourself flexibility and forgiving yourself, you can stay motivated throughout your weight loss journey.

I normally don’t relax. I am constantly on the move with getting kids ready for school/bed, homework, working out, food prepping and grocery shopping , going to work, sporting events, etc. This morning is the first time in a very long time I haven’t done any of that and just relaxed. (Not even a workout!) It’s not a normal feeling for me to just sit here and observe all the things around me. I love seeing every movement the kids make and hearing all the cute words the kids say!
Always being so crazy and hectic is a normal part of my life. Sundays are my 80 Day Obsession rest day so I’m trying to follow the plan!
