One of my favorite shoulder routine. If you gonna try them, use weights that you can control ( not very light weights). Aim is to work the muscles. 💪🏾
Started off with some Dumbbell side Laterals. 1 Sets X 50 reps.

Seated Arnold Press - 4 sets x 15,12,10, ON the last set ; is a dropset of 4 10/10/10/10 -
Superset with 🤙🏾
Seated V press 4 sets x 12 reps @ 2-3sec eccentric tempo
Trx Y raises 4 Sets x 15 reps at 3sec eccentric tempo
Superset with 🤙🏾
Incline DB wide lateral raises x 12 at 2-3sec eccentric tempo
Single arm reverse grip rows 4 Sets x 15,12,12,10 @ 2sec eccentric and 1 sec hold at the top of movement as seen in the video.
Incline bench laterals 4 Sets x 12 @ 3sec tempo
Triple set x 3 sets @ 2-3sec tempo eccentric on all of them
This is the finisher. .
Do all 3 exercises back to back. Only rest after all three exercise are completed and then jump right back in.
