OFC Cranbrandy Sauce
-1/4 cup fresh OJ
-1/4 cup 100% cranberry juice
-1 cup raw honey
-1 lb. Fresh cranberries
- 4 oz OFC Aged Apple Brandy
Mix first 3 ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 5 min. Add berries and brandy, simmer for 15 min or until berries burst. Remove from heat, cool, and get ready to receive compliments!
