Is there a price you fix on your health? Your health is always a priority over any amount of wealth, but how much are you valuing your health.
Is your money more important than your health? .
You make all the money you desire, yet what if you’ve forgotten about your own health to enable you to absolutely fully enjoy all your hard earned cash?.
Which order do you prioritize you?
I hear so many times “Being healthy is too expensive” . Or I just don’t have time to be healthy! Yet so so many are sick! Sick from foods that make us unwell, sick with illnesses and diseases that have effected us due to lack of health, that too is present in the state of mind, your mind and gut connection are now thought to be linked far more than before and I am a great believer that the gut is our second brain 🧠.
Take stock today and think about just a few changes you can take to be your healthiest and happiest you.Its time to love yourself enough to make you and tour health a priority
Always here x.

I 💜 this ... we often get caught up thinking healthy is being super skinny or a certain size... but healthy has many different looks! 💜 It’s the extra energy you have to get through your entire day! 💜 It is the “I feel amazing” glow on your face 💜 It’s being able to get up and play at the park with your kids 💜 It can be accomplishing more reps in the gym 💜 It’s the ability to take the stairs instead of the elevator .
What would be some other ways you would say could define healthy?
Hey guys! I thought it is time to share some important tips for successful weight loss with you.:)
During my slimming journey i’ve realised how important it is to consume enought protein during meals and how much it helped to go through the fasting hours.
Protein is important because it helps you feel fuller longer. Having enough protein slows down digestion making us feel more satisfied and less likely to snack between our meals. If this happens over the course of multiple days, you will automatically intake less caloties per day and your calorie savings will speed up the weight loss.
Another benefit of high protein diet is that it reduces your cravings for sweets and sugar! Don’t expect the miracle to happen from the day one, you will have to be strong for a couple of days, but soon you will see how different you feel and the cake or chocolate on the table is not looking at you with sad eyes begging you to eat it.:)) Also it is important to mention that Protein has a higher TEF ( The “thermic effect of food” (TEF) is the energy we use to digest food into small, absorbable components.) compared to carbs and fat meaning you’re actually burning more calories to process protein than to process the other two, so you are basically loosing fat by eating.:)) Ha, haa, that’s what i like.:))
It may be surprising, but it is a scientific fact that your body cannot effectively burn and use fat as energy if it doesn’t have help from either carbohydrate or protein. As you are losing weight, your body loses both muscle and fat. During this process it is especially important that you continue to eat enough protein in your diet. Having adequate protein coming in from your food fuels fat burning while preserving calorie-burning lean muscle. I hope you found this post helpful.:)
Happy Weightloss everyone!:) Eat and be skinny!:) Lot’s of love, K.
