It’s Friday, it’s Friday!!!!!
I don’t know about anybody else, but this has been the longest week! 🤷🏼♀️
All of my clients smashed their sessions in the gym, we had PB’s and new low weigh-ins flying around everywhere!!! Very very proud of all my lovely clients this week 💕
Today’s training was FUN!
Today’s training was TOUGH!
Overall today’s training was AWESOME!
After rejigging my programme around last week, this week has been one of the best weeks of training I’ve had in a long long time! I know what I’m doing and when, and I’m completing all of my work. In the past I have been guilty of trying to do too much in one session, and due to always being short on training time I have finished sessions unsatisfied. With my new plan, so far so good. I’m working towards my goals and enjoying it!
Today I had 45 Minutes to train and managed to squeeze in some real quality work.
Friday has been my Open day recently, but due to my lack of super powers I can’t walk on my hands, therefore RX 18.4 was out of the question, so the session was switched to one of next weeks but still hit similar movements 🤸🏻♂️ I kicked off nailing some real weaknesses in a short WOD borrowed from @_tricky_ricky 💪Every 30 sec for 5 mins:
4 Deads (100kg)
+ 4 Handstand Push Ups
📽Minute 4 and still going strong 🏋🏼♀️6 Max Effort Sprint Rounds with 30 sec recovery:
9 Overhead Squats (60kg)
6 Bar Facing Burpees
3 Bar Muscle Ups
Happy to hit all but my final round under 1 Minute 😁 💪5 Minute AMRAP:
8 Box Jumps
1 Peg Board Climb
I finished off with a few minutes practising Handstand Walks, not done them in a while as I’m dog sh*t at them but today they kinda clicked. There’s hope! 🥗 @eatleanco

Busted out the waffle makers this morning with my Dad to make some @kodiakcakes. We even busted out the circus animal waffle maker 🦁🐯🐻 each serving of the Kodiak Cakes has 21 grams of protein 💪🏼 it’s a good start to another day of moving 📦
