Tuna Patties Recipe by DIFIT➡️ Ingredients:
1 canned tuna
1 whole egg + 1 egg white
½ cup green peas
1 cup vegetable seasoning: Onion, Capsicum, mint leaves, chillies (optional)
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Seasoning: Salt and pepper
- Chop the vegetables and leaves (onion, capsicum, mint leaves, 1 chilli optional)
- Mix all ingredients together with tuna and leave it aside for few minutes,
- If the mixture is falling apart or too moist, add in extra oats until it holds its shape. - Form the mixture into small patties until it's all used up
- Heat the pan to medium
- Add tuna patties to the pan; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until both sides are golden. Use any cooking spray on the patties.
- Serve warm with a simple side salad.

2 of 7 The Lunge 🏋️♂️
The second of the 7 fundamental movement patterns (that should be in everyone’s programme!) in this mini series is the lunge. The lunge is imperative to the single leg efficiency and stability within performance - helping to reduce potentially troublesome asymmetries. The strength, stability and mobility that it requires on a single leg through the torso, hips, knees and ankles is crucial to positive transfer from gym to your chosen field. Shifting plenty of tin on two legs without being able to transfer this output onto each of the single legs is useless.
