Confession: I got up and did my P90X3 workout at 5:30 this morning and then I went back to bed after I got home from taking kids to school. 🙈 I’ve only been getting 4-5 hours of sleep this week and it’s totally catching up to me. —
I really enjoyed CVX though! I am sore as hell from yesterday’s challenge workout, but I still used the weights in this moderately high intensity cardio/weight workout. The sweat was real. —
Passed one of my Crim training hills on my run today. I must start utilizing it soon.... today just wasn’t the day. And that’s ok. Maybe tomorrow. —

Operation: Kick My Own Ass. Day 1, complete!! I haven’t been happy with my recent effort with my program. I have been slacking on nutrition, missed a week of workouts because I was sick, and I just haven’t been very proud of what I am doing. So instead of staying upset about it, I decided to do something about it! I’ve decided add in more double days. Some days might be double T25, others might be T25 and another program. I have 18 days left of T25... this is the final push! I am kicking my own ass one workout at a time to get to my goals!
