It’s not necessarily about pleasing others, but deep down we all have this rooted need to belong, to feel accepted. So any form of rejection can really hit a nerve, next thing you know, you’re second guessing, asking others for advice, questioning your actions or dreams etc. You can’t please everyone, but a better way to say it is: you shouldn’t have to if you don’t want to. One thing is compromising and being flexible with people you love and the ones worthy of your time because it is healthy to meet half way and understand where the other person is coming from. But anyone that simply “holds space” in your reality, if they have nothing else to offer but only add negativity to your life, then they shouldn’t be in it. It should not be in your nature to think your decisions are what defines someone else’s happiness. 👉🏽Another variation, one of my favourite rear deltoid exercises (aside from seated) for thick, wide and chunky a$$ rear deltoids.
🔝Remember to minimise swinging, keep chest upright and pull the weight back with your elbows. Focus on both concentric and eccentric phase of the movement instead of “moving” the weight.
↪️No amount of training or certain exercises will make you grow if your diet is trash. Following a really good training program with a half arsed nutrition program is equivalent to nothing. Lift heavy, eat clean and sleep well!
