"This year, the March equinox is today, March 20. And since we're in the Northern Hemisphere little buddy, it marks the beginning of spring and the end of winter. Like all equinoxes, it is a day when most places on Earth will have the same amount of daylight and night time." - Comrade (the human)
"Does that mean I have to say goodbye to my snow? 😪" - Sinatra
"Don't be sad, monkey. We'll find you some snow next winter. And look, the photos are in landscape mode, not in square mode." - Comrade
"Oh yeah! 👀 There's more space over there! What do you say, guys? 🤔 Do you prefer landscape or square photos?" - Sinatra
A little late... but had a blast traversing through all sorts of terrain last weekend with these 2! 🐕 We are incredibly spoiled to have such beautiful trails here in the PNW, and who would have guessed that 75% of the trail would be covered in snow 😅 I guess I’ll be better prepared next time! Never a dull moment with you boys, thank you for coming back to check up on me after I slipped and sprained my foot 🙏🏽 truly man’s best friend. Can spring get here already so we can blaze some trails!! 🏃🏽♂️🔥🌲
Happy adventure pup on a snowy hike to the 109ft Tamanawas Falls, Oregon. He definitely loves getting to play in the snow and did awesome on the icy hike to the waterfall. I just need to get him to chill a little more and not want to keep exploring as I get my tripod setup, then he will be the perfect assistant!
This dog, not our dog at all, followed us *all day long* on the most epic hike! He had never been on a hike like that before. He forged rivers at first with fear, and then with confidence. He entered the hike a puppy, and left a changed mandog. Before the hike, his affections were reserved and cautious. Afterwards, his heart was opened like a wintertime river, overflowing the expressions of appreciation and enthusiastic love. May I one day adopt a puppy with such bravery and curiosity. .
