Whether you love to cook or bake, everyone has their go to piece of equipment to get the job done. While it’s important to use the right tool to make your job easy, it’s not always necessary! I use an offset spatula to frost my cakes, others may use a butter knife. Here’s a look at my everyday tools. Tell me what you can NOT absolutely live without in your kitchen! (From left to right)
2 Mixers- Although hand mixers are fun, they are a lot of work when you need to make pounds of buttercream!Turntable- A good turntable with a great spin will make frosting cakes a breeze!
Frosting Tips- Perfect for piping borders or the perfect swirl on a cupcake!
Bench Scraper- This will get your frosting on cakes really smooth.
2 Offset Spatulas- So glad these come in two different sizes, really helps when apply your frosting.
