@arbonne reached out to me to sample their nutrition line and describe how it makes me feel, so this is entirely a post about that. I am not under contract with them, so there is no bias whatsoever. The tea’s vitamin blend is awesome! I love that it’s decaf and contains so many phytochemicals and antioxidants, however the flavor is a little bit too hearty for my taste (if you are fond of English Breakfast tea and strong notes of cinnamon/nutmeg, this may be right up your alley). The orange fizz drink was interesting (if you like Tang but are health-conscious, you’d love it). I like the Argonne protein powder’s nutritive contents: it’s got a perfectly-balanced ratio of carbohydrates and protein (15g carb to 20g pro, 160 kcal). The sodium is a tad high, ringing in at 20% DV, but I was happy to see that the main protein source is pea protein, which is very clean. The blend also contains milk thistle, green tea, ginseng, marine algae and black pepper, all of which are superfoods meant to boost longevity. This powder is certified vegan as well as gluten free for those with animal allergies or Celiac disease, and there is no whey in the formula. The vitamin blend could use some iron, as the contents of such are negligible. The taste of the chocolate one is pretty good, a very natural cacao flavor that’s not too sweet. It’s a tiny bit chalky in texture, but most protein powders tend to be. Hope this helps my fitness-loving friends in their search for a clean supplement line!

Spagetti squash is incredible!!! Can't believe I have only just discovered it 💕 ridiculously easy to roast/bake or microwave and it tastes delicious (reminds me a tiny bit of pumpkin but there's very little taste) also its ridiculously filling and one squash makes about 5 servings
I love crispy food! I love this Panko crusted chicken cutlet! I fried it in light olive oil and it was STUPID CRUNCHY!! I mixed a good amount (a lot) of parmigiano reggiano and parsley into the breadcrumbs to really ramp up the flavor. A crisp salad 🥗 with a light vinaigrette is the perfect partner. I don’t eat fried food every day, but moderation not deprivation is my food mantra. A #diabeticfriendly diet can and should be DELICIOUS!! Oh, the total carbs in this meal are only 20g for both the crust and the dressing. Yay!! 🎉
