During two weeks I set my new records in this exercise.
The rules are easy. You need just make 300 push ups as fast as possible.
I started with 18'10". But now you can see my progress in the picture.
And now I ready for my next challenge. I want to make 100 push ups in one set.

We went on a full day snorkeling trip around Koh Tao today and saw lots of amazing underwater creatures🐠🐡 even two small sharks🦈😬 and gorgeous coral reefs.
By the way, I have a serious clostrophobia🌚 I don’t take the elevator unless I really need to, I cannot go into caves or narrow tunnels, sometimes I cannot sleep if the room’s door is tightly closed and I cannot even wear turtleneck sweaters because I really feel uncomfortable😅
So putting on the snorkel is sometimes a struggle for me because when my nose is closed I may feel uncomfortable even though I am aware that I am still breathing. My heart rate goes up and I feel the anxiety - I guess a part of me thinks that I’m going to die if I don’t breathe through my nose😁
To overcome this, a short meditation works for me. While in the water, I concentrate on my body, just breathe in and out and pay attention to my breath. After some time, this calms me down and my heart rate returns to normal. Then I put the mouth part of the snorkel and breath through that a few times. Then I can put the upper part and then everything goes smoothly. I appreciate myself for being able to soothe myself down and I think I’m slowly getting better at it🙌

Few weeks ago, I ordered the book which is recommended everywhere, even if it is written 10 years ago ⏳.
I've just begun day before yesterday, and I already like it : little things matter. 🔬.
For now, I memorize the 5S principle 🔐.

Working on a project that will soon share. Dockerizing MonicaHQ. Monica is a personal CRM, so you can manage friends and people you meet, you can then write about what happened last time you met, their relationships, anything.
It's like your own personal social network or roladex for the people who remember what that is.
They provide a paid and free account on their website monicahq.com but it's also open source software. Since I'm not a big fan of installing things on servers that are open and prefer to run my own stack on my laptops, I decided to containerize it and have my own instance running.

Day 26/365: Mandatory Attendance in university?
Frustrating day 😓🙄 Today. I'm little frustrated with my university rules but that's how some of or most of Indian universities work. I'm not completely right but now I want to share my thoughts. We need more practical knowledge than theory. Make college life such that we attend by our self to learn more instead of mandatory attendance pressure. I came here with the purpose of learning before hearing mandatory attendance but after that purpose of all the students changed to just make attendance. Don't care whatever we do in lecture either we learn or not. After hearing 65% attendance is mandatory our mindset is changed to we attend because it's mandatory not to learn. We do learn and if we want help they do. Professors are responsive. The only problem is mindset settled for that mandatory attendance that impacts a lot. I hope teaching scheme will change to more practical base.
My self learning continues as it is 😊. beAwesome() ☺️ P.S. : I'm not promoting that not to go university where university has rules like this. This is just my thoughts.
