I explained to my class what a “podcast” was today and that in my spare time and in the car, I enjoy listening to them. One of my favorite podcasts is the @themfceoproject with Andy Frisella. He started writing children’s picture books, and I bought all of them. As an elementary teacher, I was so amazed at the storyline, illustrations, and, most importantly, the moral behind each book. 💛 I purchased his first two books right away and recently bought his newest one (Daring Dreams). These books have been a huge success in my classroom... My class & I LOVE the Otis & Charley books! Today, I read Daring Dreams, and my students asked for me to reread the other two books. Each book has a great story with a valuable lesson that’s easy to understand. Everyday, my students are calling dibs to be able to read one of the books during Independent Reading Time. ————————————————————

So today was arm day.. I'll be honest..I never use to have an arm day really. I mean I'd do triceps and chest, and back and legs...but never biceps..so stinking boring!! Haha! I'd prefer to just do a wod or something! However since I have started doing them, I must admit, I might secretly be starting to like arm days because they kick my butt in such a different way than they're accustomed to!! Haha! Don't be afraid to mix things up every now and then..you never know, you might actually like it, or learn to!! Ha! Thanks goes to @hoover.fit
