When it comes to workouts, remember: SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING!
Yesterday i wanted to get Cardio Core in early in the day but that didn't happen. 104 errands later (honestly haven't been that busy in a while) it happened in the 7:00pm hour. I didn't even perform the last set of core work just because i wasn't really into it. +
I think sometimes we get in our own heads if not EVERY workout is killer it doesn't count. Not the case! 30 minutes of movement is 30 minutes more than we would have done sitting on the couch complaining -- “i’m tired” or “I don’t have time.” If all you can get in is 20 or 30 mins a few times a week, that’s PLENTY of exercise to make a difference, i promise! 🙏🏻💜
