I see way too many people over complicating their nutrition and trying to micro-manage everything on a daily basis…
Don't get me wrong I like to see that type of effort put in, but I also don't want your nutrition to be another source of stress in your life… .
I also know that when things become too complicated they typically can't become part of your ongoing daily routine and that means many people won't sustain the healthy nutrition they need to either keep the weight off or get well… .
So my suggestion is even if you're trying to heal a specific dis-ease or combat a health issue it's best to simply vary all the different vegetables that you eat on a daily and weekly basis.… .
This means you'll be getting your reds, oranges, yellows, blues, purples, whites, and every other variation that you can find in the rainbow...
In the long-run this will allow you to get every health benefit you're looking for without causing any extra stress!
