245x4, 255x2 for a few sets. First time using this legit competition bench, I don’t feel worthy of using it but my normal bench was taken so I decided to try it out, and I think I will continue to use it. Some lightish benching today, not feeling hundred percent and exams start tomorrow 👎🐸 but gotta get it in.

To get where you’ve never gone, you have to do what you’ve never done. And it won’t always be perfect, but progress over perfection ALWAYS 🙌🏼💪🏼 95x10 for high rep deads + 185x1 for new PR today. Form isn’t perfect, but will it ever be? Who knows 🙃😂 I just know I lifted more weight than I ever have today. And that makes me smile 🤘🏼 Never felt stronger or better about my current physique 🤗

The last 4 weeks of training I have focused on tempo training...More time under tension and less beasting out the reps... in prep for the next phase of volume 💪🏽

Bench is still going up! Since my Comp month back in December, @joseguerrarmt has kept bench and dead in my program to keep the movement pattern and my time under the bar going. Creeping up from sets at 100lbs to 115lbs. 👊🏻💪🏻
Working up to prescribed weight but only completed 70% ish as my low back is feeling good just tired and sore from being very tight this week.
155kg for sets of 6 deadlifts is the first video and they felt decent. Struggled to achieve my normal absolute tension off the bottom
110kg for sets of 6 paused deadlifts moved and felt really good! Breaking the floor felt like it only needed the tension taken out and it jumped of the floor!
03.20.18 | I have to work on my bench set up because I'm having a hard time feeling much of a hip drive. Thanks @kevinanderson_00 for the tips man. It'll be something I'll be working on for awhile.
