Bottle Gourd Daal ( Sorrakai Kootu) + Rice
Recipe adapted from @padhuskitchen 🌱💚🤗✨ How to make this?
💚Peel the gourd and remove the seeds and chop it into pieces
💚 In a pressure cooker - add in the gourd, one tbsp mung daal ( split green gram) , one tbsp toor daal split red gram), optional use Channa daal (split Bengal gram) some Turmeric, salt, slit green chilli , water and pressure cook for three whistles.
Wait till you can open the cooker and mash the daal. 💚 Blend one TSP fresh coconut, green chilli, cumin seeds, peppercorns with water to a fine paste. 💚Do a tadka of little oil, mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves if you have and add the blended paste and finally the daal. .

The soft launch is running until April 2nd so you can try all the delicious food for half price! Winner winner tandoori dinner. I highly recommend the fish with lentils and bitter melon pickle. The trio of dahls was also fab, and who ever heard of a chicken tikka and cheese-stuffed naan? These guys rock! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
