We often have people ask how long our one-day rides are.
The good news is, when you book a guide for the day you can ride as much or as little as you want!
If you want to do 50ks, done.
If you want 150, no problem.
We can choose a route based on where you're staying and how long you would like to spend in the saddle.
We've even had some people do their hotel transfer to a new place on the island by loading all their bags into the support van and riding between towns!

An example of how pelvic asymmetry as a result of an unaccounted for leg length difference can refer up the kinetic chain. Quite often riders who don’t sit squarely in the saddle will report numbness or discomfort in one hand, saddle sores on one side or knee pain on one side.
Most people possess some form of asymmetry, it’s really more a question of whether this poses problems for them when they ride a bike.
